Sustainable Business Engineering
Jomicon is a privately held consulting, investment, and venture-building company. Founded by Thomas Kercher — a senior executive with over two decades of hands-on experience in renewable energy — Jomicon works with companies that need more than advice. We think, we build, and we invest.

What Jomicon Does
Three disciplines, one team.
Consulting & Advisory
Strategic guidance and expert counsel
Strategic guidance and expert counsel for companies navigating growth, transformation, or market entry. We bring deep domain knowledge and a structured approach — grounded in real operating experience, not just frameworks.
Interim Management
Senior leadership when and where it is needed
Jomicon steps in as an experienced executive to lead through transitions, bridge gaps, or drive transformation — with full operational responsibility, not just advisory support.
Investment & Co-Building
Skin in the game
When we see a business with real potential, we go further than consulting. We invest, take operational roles, and build alongside the team. Skin in the game — always.

What hands-on looks like
FEBESOL was a well-regarded residential solar installer with a strong reputation for quality — but limited scale and a narrow operational scope. After a series of intensive strategy sessions, Jomicon developed a plan to transform the business into a fully vertically integrated national solar EPC company, covering the entire customer journey from lead generation to system installation.
We did not just recommend the transformation. Thomas joined the Board of Directors as Co-CEO and became a shareholder — ensuring complete alignment between strategy and execution.
Within two years, FEBESOL had grown from a regional player into one of Germany’s most dynamic residential solar companies, operating nationwide with a team of close to 200 people.
In 2024, FEBESOL was acquired by Thermondo GmbH, Germany’s largest residential energy services company — a successful exit that validated both the strategy and the execution.
